The villa was very clean, the kitchen was truly beautiful and well equipped with working appliances. Everything was so well organized and easy to find. The additional instructions found on the guest manual was of great assistance. We also enjoyed the pool so much and the privacy was a great plus. We have already recommended the villa to our friends back home and we would definitely rent the villa when we visit Florida again.

"We arrived here safely and are all amazed at how gorgeous the villa is. It's even better than it looks in the photos, it's absolutely fabulous and we are so grateful that you have let us stay.

We have everything we need here and much more! It really is a great place to stay and none of us want to leave! My mum is particularly fond of the deco and has been looking at all the pictures on the wall in great detail!"

This holiday was mainly to celebrate my mother-in-law's 80th birthday and she said it was the best holiday she'd had. We even managed to get her in the pool.

We loved the outlook at the back and every day we were visited by three huge Sandhill Cranes and the cattle from the farm opposite.

We loved your villa and I can't think of anything negative to say about it at all.  We have stayed in several other villa's over the years and with an odd exception,  they are all really nice, but yours stands out as the best ever! 

I loved the layout, the 'east' and 'west' wings of the bedrooms,  you can keep quite fit wandering between the two after all that American food!  The lounge is  bright and sunny, with the large triple doors and I really like the way the living areas wrap around the pool and (huge!) deck. Speaking of the pool, it was lovely and warm,  something we have found can vary in the winter.  Love the large kitchen and centre island,  though it did take a while to remember where everything was, there are so many cupboards!   My girls (both 18) loved the games room especially the full sized top quality pool table. The murals in the twin rooms are beautiful and are above and beyond what is required from a holiday villa,  alot of thought must've gone into them.  Lastly, the area and position of the villa was outstanding,  we really felt we were the only people there,  it is so secluded and peaceful and it is nice to be able to watch the wildlife,  instead of someone else's pool. We went down to Loughman Post office while we were there and it really is a delightful area,  with the railroad crossing and cows in the fields,  not touristy at all,  but within an easy drive of the attractions. 

I'd also like to add that your management seem to be doing a great job,  it was exceptionally clean and well maintained and the added touches of the 'goodie basket' and especially the milk, water and orange juice on arrival are very welcome.  We also ran into the pool maintenance couple while we were there and had a really nice, long chat with them. Nice people!

The 'information folder' is also very useful,  I especially like the 'Free and cheap things to do in Orlando' and have a suggestion to add.  We went orange picking while we were there at Showcase of Citrus, just a few miles north on the US27,  Great Fun!  $10 for a 1/4 bushell.

Anyway I've gone on a bit,  so I'd better go now,  you can see we had a really great time."

The home was just wonderful. I must say, the attention to detail you have put into your home is most certainly noticeable by all. We had 9 people staying there last week, and the home was not one bit cramped, as we all had enough room to spread out and enjoy everything.

I will say, we will most certainly rent this home again. You have earned a customer for life, any time we visit the home. I know my parents are already talking about doing another trip next year, and getting the same house, as they just loved the home.

We loved the house. It was lovely and all of our guests were stunned at what a lovely place I had found. Everyone commented on the wonderful beds and how well they slept, and the house was very close to all the activities we wanted to do. The heated pool was a blessing, and we really enjoyed ourselves. We especially appreciated the baby monitor and crib - they saved us a lot of packing."

Your villa is very difficult to fault. We have visited the Orlando area 11 times and this trip ranks among the best for sure,certainly the best accommodation. The unlimited use of the phone and internet were a big benefit for the kids (teenagers!) as were the playstation, DVD player and pool table.My wife (also called Linda) and I relaxed most evenings in the spa and we appreciated the wildlife/livestock and the privacy to the rear."

"We have stayed in the Orlando area a number of times and, with a party of five, usually rent a house rather than use hotels. White Heron is probably the best villa that we have used. The location was ideal for us and the atmosphere very peaceful after a day at the convention centre (or theme parks). The furnishings were exceptional and the layout excellent. We would have no hesitation in recommending the property to anyone visiting the area and hope to be in contact again in the future. Kind regards to you and your family."

"Thanks for the email, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Blue Heron Villa, everything was beautifully clean and well presented with the taste in decor being impeccable. We particularly enjoyed having access to the internet and with the addition of a games room it enabled us to have a good rest at the end of a hard day at the theme parks whilst the kids played pool and darts!

There was easy access to all the local amenities and your help prior to the holiday made it something very special. Im sure Blue Heron must be one of the nicest villas in Kissimmee, well positioned and particularly well looked after and we wish you every success in your business with both villas.

Wow! We had a FANTASTIC holiday! And much of this was due to the wonderful, spacious villa. With 4 thirty-somethings, two 50+ grandparents and a couple of children, 7 yrs and 8 years, we couldn't have found anywhere better. The pool, the games room, the internet access, the outlook, the location, privacy and the wildlife all added so much fun to a great couple of weeks.

The villa was beautiful, more room than I ever expected. We were very impressed with the standard of decoration and the personal touches made it very comfortable. The children enjoyed the games and the men enjoyed the pool but more importantly the villa as a place we felt relaxed and able to unwind, we spent a few days just lazing around the pool having exhausted ourselves with the theme parks.

"It took 6 months trawling the internet to find the perfect villa,and 2 years to save the money for the holiday,expectations were high,we needn't have worried,the villa was perfect.All the superlatives we can think of have already been used by previous guests,but just to add that for us the villa was the most important part of the holiday,particularly the privacy and wonderful views. There is a real lump in the throat at the prospect of having to leave today.

The furnishings are of the highest standard and there is everything you could possibly want available to you. The location is simply stunning. Close enough to the attractions and yet private and away from it all. The view afforded us some lovely sunsets over the lake and some equally exciting thunderstorms.
