'WHITE HERON DREAM' is fully air conditioned and able to comfortably accommodate 10 people plus a further 1 or 2 persons using the queen size sofa bed in the Family room.

It is cleaned and prepared before and after each letting. Each bed is freshly made and has a spare set of linen, stored in the wardrobes, if required. Two pillows per person have been provided to ensure your comfort. An ample supply of fresh towels is available in each of the bathrooms. These items can easily be laundered in the washing machine should you wish to change them frequently. Mid-holiday cleans are available at an extra cost of $90, payable locally.

The garden and lawns are maintained weekly and there is a built-in timed irrigation system to help keep things looking pristine. The swimming pool is cleaned and checked once a week for your comfort and safety. As part of a routine pest control program, the home is treated on a regular basis.

For your security and peace of mind, the property has security locks on external doors, pool security screen (to prevent unaccompanied access to the pool by young children), smoke detectors in all rooms, emergency lighting and a fire extinguishers. Two telephones have been fitted giving access to free international, long distance and local calls.

Please note we request that you do not smoke anywhere inside the villa. You are welcome to smoke on the decking area only and ash-trays have been provided.

White Heron Dream Villa, our beautiful single storey home, is situated on a particularly spacious  lot overlooking a wetlands conservation area teeming with wildlife. 

 

An outstanding feature of the villa is the large screened deck area which contains the spa and 30’x15’ swimming pool. Both are south facing onto open wetlands and enjoy all day sun and some of the most private and open views over open countryside and wetlands. No close neighbors, just great views!

There is a large lanai and luxury padded poolside furniture, large table plus padded sun loungers. A ceiling fan has been installed under the lanai for your comfort.

The pool and decking area are completely private with an open aspect over the wetlands and natural flora and fauna to the side of the property. The deck can be lit at night using the wall lights.

Access to this area is via patio doors from the family room, lounge and Master Bedroom 1. For the winter months an electric pool heater is available at extra cost

 

Relax and enjoy yourselves in our games area which has a pool table, table tennis table and electronic darts plus all equipment necessary to play these games.

 

The formal lounge is situated at the rear of the property and contains a lovely deep comfy sofa with two matching easy chairs plus coffee and occasional tables, with mirror and table lamps. Enjoy good conversation or a peaceful read in the relaxing atmosphere of this room or simply relax and take in the view over the wetlands beyond the pool and deck area. An additional feature is the patio doors leading out onto the lanai.

 

The dining room is alongside the lounge and contains a large table with seating for 6, in a more formal setting

 

The spacious family room is located at the rear of the villa and contains two comfortable sofas and matching easy chairs and coffee and occasional tables with lamps. There is a wide screen HDTV and VCR plus a CD player housed in an entertainment center. Patio doors lead out onto the south facing deck where privacy is ensured.

For your enjoyment there is a selection of videos, DVDs and board games. A ceiling fan has been fitted to ensure your comfort.

Catering is made easy by the fully equipped kitchen which has a large cooker with self cleaning oven, microwave oven, fridge/freezer with icemaker, dishwasher and waste disposal unit. There is also a plentiful supply of cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils and glasses, as well as drinks and dinner- ware etc. that are suitable for use around the pool.

A telephone and a wall-mounted fire extinguisher have been fitted.

There is a breakfast bar and four bar stools plus table with four chairs and beautiful views over the pool and beyond.

This lovely, airy and spacious Master bedroom has a king size bed, a walk in wardrobe, two 2-drawer bedside units with lamps and a large dresser with mirror. There is also a cable TV and VCR plus a telephone and clock radio. There is a ceiling fan with lights and patio doors allow easy access to the sundeck and swimming pool.

The en-suite bathroom has twin vanity units with lights and mirror above, a separate walk-in shower and an oval bath plus separate toilet.

 

The second Master bedroom with its impressive King size bed and beautiful mahogany furniture, which includes a bedside unit with lamp and a large dresser with opulent mirror. The room also has a cable TV with VCR plus clock radio. A ceiling fan with lights has been installed to ensure your comfort.

The ensuite bathroom has a toilet, vanity unit with lights and mirror above, a mirrored wall cabinet and a walk-in shower.

This lovely bedroom has a queen size bed, a wardrobe and two bedside units with lamps. It also contains a cable TV with VCR. As with all the rooms a ceiling fan and lights has been installed for your comfort.

 

Simba’s Den This room sleeps two people in twin beds and contains a bedside unit with lamp and fitted wardrobe. A cable TV with VCR has been installed plus a clock radio.

 

Ariel’s Lagoon. This room sleeps two people in twin beds and contains a bedside unit with lamp and fitted wardrobe. A cable TV with VCR has been installed plus a clock radio.

 

The house bathroom has a toilet, vanity unit with lights and mirror above, a mirrored wall cabinet and bath plus shower.

 

The laundry room contains a full size washing machine and tumble drier plus a laundry basket, iron and ironing board.

A door from the laundry provides easy access to the kitchen.
