A. White Heron can sleep 10 people in comfort in its 5 bedrooms. There is also a sleeper-sofa for an additional 2 people if required.

A. We have an coded electronic key-pad which means you will not need to collect keys from an office. Details of the key codes will be sent to you at least one month before your arrival.

A. Walt Disney World is a mere 12 minute drive from the villa, while Sea World will take 20 minutes and Universal Studios 25 minutes

A. Just your clothes and personal toiletry items. We provide all bathroom towels, pool towels and bed linen. We make sure that there are plenty of towels for all our guests and also there is a spare set of bedlinen for each bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils. We try to think of everything our guests could possibly need during their stay, but we are always ready to listen to guests suggestions of additional items they would like in White Heron to make their vacation as near perfect as possible.

A. For the comfort of all our guests we do not allow smoking within the villa, however smoking is allowed outside on the pool deck and lanai.

A. White Heron is thoroughly cleaned after and before each letting and should you require it a mid-let clean can be arranged locally for a charge of $90. The garden and lawns are maintained weekly and there is a built-in timed irrigation system to help keep things looking pristine. The swimming pool is cleaned and checked once a week for your comfort and safety. As part of a routine pest control program, the home is treated on a regular basis.

A. There is a 51" HDTV in the Family Room together with a DVD player and a wide selection of DVDs and videos. Also we have a Playstation 2 complete with games. All the bedrooms have TVs and either a DVD player or VCR. We have included a selection of boardgames and books to suit all tastes. The Games area has a 8' pool table, table tennis table plus an electronic dartboard. There is also a computer for your use with high speed broadband internet connection.

A. Electric pool heating is available at a cost of £98/$165 per week. We recommend pool heating between the months of October through to April. A security deposit is taken at the time of the final balance payment. This is returned promptly after your departure from White Heron provided there have been no reports of breakages or damage at the villa.

A. The community of Grand Reserve is gated which requires a security code to allow entry and additionally we have an ADT monitored alarm system installed in the villa for added peace of mind. |
